These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the dax96 platform, including the sportsbook, live casino, slot games, and all associated services. Please read them carefully before registering an account or placing any wager.

Each individual may hold only one registered account on dax96. Duplicate accounts, shared accounts, and accounts registered on behalf of third parties are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension and forfeiture of balances.
All deposits, withdrawals, wagers, bonuses, and account balances on dax96 are denominated exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). No foreign currency conversions are applied. Minimum deposit: Rp 25.000. Minimum withdrawal: Rp 50.000.
All promotional bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, minimum odds conditions, and time limits as specified in each individual promotion's terms. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable rollover requirement has been met in full.
Arbitrage betting, bonus abuse, use of automated betting software (bots), collusion, match-fixing, and any attempt to exploit system errors are all strictly prohibited. Violations will result in account suspension, stake voiding, and balance forfeiture without notice.

In these Terms & Conditions, unless the context otherwise requires, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below:
By accessing the Platform, registering an Account, or placing any Wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and, if you hold an Account, request its closure via the support team.

To register and maintain an Account on dax96, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:
Age Verification: The Company reserves the right to suspend any Account pending completion of age and identity verification at any time. Funds deposited into an unverified Account may be withheld until KYC is satisfactorily completed.
To access all features of the Platform, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, complete, and current information as prompted during sign-up. You agree to promptly update your Account information whenever it changes.
Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on the Platform. The creation of duplicate or multiple Accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.
dax96 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.
Upon successful registration, you will be required to complete the KYC verification process before your first withdrawal may be processed. KYC documentation typically includes a government-issued photo identification document (e.g., KTP, SIM, or passport) and, where required, proof of residential address. Supporting documents must be current, legible, and unaltered.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. You must not share your credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
Any Wager placed, deposit made, or instruction submitted through your Account using your credentials will be treated as having been made by you, regardless of whether you authorised that specific action. dax96 bears no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised use of your Account where such use was facilitated by your failure to protect your credentials.
If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify dax96 support immediately via live chat or email at [email protected]. The Company will investigate and may temporarily freeze your Account during such investigation.
Security Recommendation: We strongly encourage all Members to enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on their Account. This significantly reduces the risk of unauthorised access and is available at no cost within your Account settings.
All deposits to your dax96 Account must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. The Platform currently accepts deposits via the following methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga (bank transfer via virtual account), OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.
dax96 does not charge any fee for deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees, over which dax96 has no control.
Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same name as the dax96 Account. This requirement is mandatory and non-waivable. Withdrawal requests to third-party accounts will be declined.
The Company reserves the right to perform enhanced due diligence checks, including requesting source-of-funds documentation, before processing any withdrawal deemed unusual in size or frequency. dax96 may delay or withhold a withdrawal where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.
dax96 offers a range of promotional bonuses, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, and VIP programme rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise, the following general bonus conditions apply to all offers on the Platform:
Bonus Abuse: Any attempt to exploit, abuse, or circumvent bonus terms — including through the use of multiple Accounts, coordinated play, or staking patterns designed to minimise risk while satisfying rollover requirements — will result in immediate cancellation of all associated bonuses, suspension of the Account, and forfeiture of any balance derived from such activity.

The Company's total aggregate liability to any Member in respect of any single claim or series of related claims arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member into their Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Gaming Risk Disclosure: Gambling involves financial risk. The value of your Account balance can decrease as well as increase. You should never wager more than you can afford to lose. dax96 is a platform for entertainment — not a source of income.
dax96 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including where the Company has reason to believe that:
Where an Account is closed by the Company for a breach of these Terms, any balance attributable to Prohibited Activity may be forfeited. Any remaining legitimate real-money Balance will be returned to the Member via the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to completed KYC and AML verification.
A Member may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting the support team. Self-exclusion requests are processed under the Responsible Gaming Policy and cannot be reversed during the elected exclusion period.

dax96 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, the Company will provide reasonable notice to Members by publishing the revised Terms on the Platform with an updated "Last Updated" date and, where practicable, by notifying active Members via the contact information held on their Account.
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms in full. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to request Account closure.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which dax96 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between the Member and the Company.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation within 30 days of written notice from either party, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of a recognised international arbitration body as designated by the Company. The arbitration shall be conducted in English. The arbitral award shall be final and binding on both parties.
Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where such relief is necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
Note for Indonesian Members: dax96 acknowledges that its Members are predominantly resident in Indonesia. While these Terms are governed by international gaming law, dax96 operates in full awareness of its duty of care to Indonesian players and applies responsible gaming standards consistent with internationally recognised best practices.
