Introduction
dax96 ("we", "us", "our", or "the Company") operates the online gaming platform accessible at https://dax96.onl (the "Platform"). This Privacy Policy describes how dax96 collects, processes, stores, shares, and protects the personal data of individuals who register as members, visit the Platform, or interact with our customer support team.

If you do not agree with any part of this policy, you should cease using the Platform immediately and contact our support team to request account closure.
Scope Note: This Privacy Policy applies exclusively to data processed by dax96 in connection with the Platform. It does not apply to third-party websites, payment processors, or game studios whose own privacy policies govern their independent data-handling practices. Where dax96 provides links or integrations to third-party services, we encourage you to review their respective privacy notices.

How We Collect Your Data
dax96 collects Personal Data through the following channels:
- Directly from you: When you complete the account registration form, submit KYC documents, make a deposit or withdrawal request, contact our support team, respond to a promotional survey, or update your account settings.
- Automatically via technology: When you visit or interact with the Platform, our servers and analytics tools automatically record technical data including your IP address, browser characteristics, session duration, pages viewed, and click-stream behaviour. This occurs through server logs, cookies, and similar tracking technologies (see Clause 8).
- From payment service providers: When you initiate a transaction via a local Indonesian bank (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga) or an e-wallet (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja), our payment processor shares transaction confirmation data with dax96 to credit or debit your account balance.
- From KYC and identity verification partners: Our authorised KYC service providers may return identity verification outcomes, risk scores, and document authentication results to dax96 following your submission of identity documents.
- From fraud prevention and AML screening services: dax96 may receive risk signals, sanctions-list screening results, and fraud-indicator data from third-party compliance data providers as part of our anti-money-laundering (AML) obligations.
5
Legal Basis for Processing
dax96 processes your Personal Data on one or more of the following legal bases, depending on the specific processing activity:
- Contractual Necessity: Processing is necessary to perform the contract between you and dax96 — specifically, to create and maintain your account, process deposits and withdrawals in IDR, settle wagers, and deliver customer support.
- Legal Obligation: Processing is required to comply with applicable legal and regulatory obligations, including KYC identity verification, AML record-keeping, and cooperation with lawful requests from competent authorities.
- Legitimate Interests: dax96 processes certain data based on its legitimate interests in securing the Platform against fraud and abuse, improving the user experience through aggregate analytics, and communicating relevant promotions to existing members — provided those interests are not overridden by your fundamental privacy rights.
- Consent: Where dax96 relies on your consent as a legal basis (for example, for optional marketing communications), you may withdraw that consent at any time by adjusting your notification preferences in your account settings or by contacting support. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.
6
How We Use Your Personal Data
dax96 uses the Personal Data we collect for the following specific purposes:
- Account Management: Creating, maintaining, and securing your member account; processing login authentication; enforcing our one-account-per-member policy.
- Transaction Processing: Crediting deposits to your account balance in IDR; processing withdrawal requests to your registered BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, or LinkAja account; maintaining accurate financial records.
- KYC & Compliance: Verifying your identity and age (21+ requirement), screening against international sanctions and PEP (Politically Exposed Person) lists, and meeting our AML record-keeping obligations under our international gaming licence.
- Gaming Operations: Delivering the sportsbook, live casino, slot gacor, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), and bandar ceme products; settling bets; applying and tracking bonus wagering requirements; implementing responsible gaming limits you have set.
- Customer Support: Responding to your enquiries submitted via live chat or email ([email protected]); maintaining support ticket records; resolving disputes relating to wager settlement or account issues.
- Security & Fraud Prevention: Detecting and preventing unauthorised account access, multi-accounting, collusion, bonus abuse, and other fraudulent or prohibited activities as defined in the Terms & Conditions.
- Platform Improvement: Analysing aggregated, anonymised usage data to understand how members interact with the Platform, identify popular games and features, and prioritise product development — including mobile experience improvements relevant to our Indonesian player base.
- Marketing Communications: Sending you relevant promotional offers, bonus notifications, and event announcements (e.g., BRI Liga 1 odds boosts, Idul Fitri reload bonuses, tournament invitations) via the communication channels you have opted into. You may opt out at any time.
- Responsible Gaming: Monitoring gaming behaviour patterns to identify potential problem gambling indicators; enforcing deposit limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion requests you have activated; proactively reaching out where our responsible gaming algorithms flag a concern.
7
Data Sharing & Third Parties
dax96 does not sell, rent, or transfer your Personal Data to unaffiliated third parties for their own commercial purposes. We share Personal Data only in the following limited and specific circumstances:
- Payment Processors: To process your deposits and withdrawals via Indonesian bank transfer or e-wallet, we share the minimum necessary financial data with our authorised payment service providers. These processors act as Data Processors under contract with dax96 and are prohibited from using your data for any purpose beyond payment execution.
- KYC & Identity Verification Providers: To fulfil our age and identity verification obligations (mandatory for all withdrawals), we share your submitted identity documents and personal details with contracted KYC service providers. Their processing is governed by binding data-processing agreements.
- Game Content Studios: When you play a game delivered by a third-party studio (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Pocket Games Soft, or similar), minimal session data — such as a pseudonymous player token and bet amounts — may be shared with that studio's game server to facilitate gameplay. Studios do not receive your name, contact details, or financial account information.
- Fraud Prevention & AML Services: We may share relevant account and transaction data with contracted compliance screening services to fulfil our AML obligations and protect the integrity of the Platform.
- Legal & Regulatory Authorities: dax96 will disclose Personal Data to competent governmental, regulatory, or law enforcement authorities where required to do so by applicable law, court order, or regulatory directive. We will, where legally permissible, notify you of such a disclosure request.
- Corporate Transactions: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of substantially all assets of the Company, your Personal Data may be transferred to the acquiring entity, subject to the same privacy protections described in this policy.
Third-Party Contracts: All Data Processors engaged by dax96 are bound by written data-processing agreements that restrict their use of your Personal Data to the specific purpose for which it was shared, require them to maintain appropriate security standards, and prohibit onward transfer to unauthorised parties.
8
Cookies & Tracking Technologies
dax96 uses cookies and similar technologies (including local storage, session storage, and pixel tags) to operate the Platform effectively and to improve your experience. The following cookie categories are in use:
- Strictly Necessary Cookies: Essential to the operation of the Platform. These include session authentication tokens that keep you logged in during your visit and security cookies that protect against cross-site request forgery. These cannot be disabled without breaking core platform functionality.
- Functional Cookies: Used to remember your preferences — such as your preferred display language, responsible gaming limit settings, and recently played games — so you do not need to re-enter them on each visit.
- Analytics Cookies: Used to collect aggregated, anonymised data about how visitors navigate the Platform — including which pages are most visited, where sessions start and end, and how mobile users from Jakarta and other Indonesian cities interact with the layout. This data informs product improvements. No personally identifiable information is included in analytics reports.
- Marketing / Retargeting Cookies: Used to deliver relevant promotional content to Members who have opted into marketing communications. dax96 does not deploy third-party cross-site advertising networks or social media tracking pixels on the Platform.
You may manage cookie preferences through your browser settings. Note that disabling strictly necessary cookies will impair or prevent access to the Platform. For a full list of cookies in use and their individual lifespans, please contact our support team at [email protected].
9
Data Retention
dax96 retains your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes described in this policy, or as required by applicable legal and regulatory obligations. The following general retention periods apply:
- Account and Registration Data: Retained for the lifetime of your active account, plus a minimum of five (5) years following account closure, to satisfy AML record-keeping requirements associated with our international gaming licence.
- KYC / Identity Documents: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of verification completion, or such longer period as required by applicable regulations.
- Financial Transaction Records: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of each transaction, in accordance with standard financial record-keeping obligations.
- Gaming Activity Data: Retained for five (5) years following your last active session on the Platform, or the closure of your account, whichever is later.
- Support Communications: Live chat transcripts and email correspondence are retained for two (2) years from the date of the interaction, unless the communication relates to a dispute or legal matter, in which case it is retained for the duration of that proceeding plus two (2) additional years.
- Analytics Data: Aggregated and anonymised analytics data is retained indefinitely as it no longer constitutes Personal Data once anonymisation is complete.
- Marketing Preferences: Records of your consent or opt-out decisions are retained for the duration of your membership and for three (3) years thereafter as evidence of lawful processing.
Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, Personal Data is securely deleted or irreversibly anonymised in accordance with our internal data lifecycle management procedures.
10
Data Security
dax96 implements a comprehensive suite of technical and organisational security measures to protect your Personal Data against unauthorised access, accidental loss, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures include:
- TLS/SSL Encryption: All data transmitted between your device and the Platform is encrypted using industry-standard Transport Layer Security (TLS 1.2 or higher). Our SSL certificate is maintained and renewed on an ongoing basis.
- Encryption at Rest: Sensitive Personal Data stored on our servers — including identity documents, financial account details, and password hashes — is encrypted at rest using AES-256 or equivalent.
- Access Controls: Access to Personal Data within dax96's internal systems is restricted on a strict need-to-know basis. All staff with access to member data undergo background screening and are bound by confidentiality obligations.
- Two-Factor Authentication (2FA): All internal administrative systems are protected by mandatory 2FA. We also make 2FA available to all Platform members as an optional additional security layer on their accounts.
- Penetration Testing & Vulnerability Management: The Platform undergoes regular security assessments, including penetration testing, to identify and remediate vulnerabilities before they can be exploited.
- Incident Response: In the event of a data security incident that may affect your Personal Data, dax96 will assess the breach, contain it, notify relevant authorities as required, and communicate with affected Members in accordance with applicable breach notification standards.
Your Responsibility: While dax96 applies robust security controls on our side, you also play a critical role in protecting your account. Never share your password or 2FA codes with anyone — including individuals claiming to be dax96 staff. dax96 will never ask for your password via live chat or email.
11
Your Data Rights
Subject to applicable law and our legal retention and AML obligations, you hold the following rights in respect of your Personal Data held by dax96:
- Right of Access: You may request a copy of the Personal Data dax96 holds about you, together with information about how it is being processed. We will respond to verified access requests within 30 days.
- Right to Rectification: If any Personal Data we hold is inaccurate or incomplete, you may request that it be corrected or updated. For account details, you may also update certain information directly via your account settings page.
- Right to Erasure ("Right to be Forgotten"): You may request the deletion of your Personal Data where it is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, where you have withdrawn consent (and no other legal basis applies), or where the data has been unlawfully processed. Note that erasure requests may be declined where retention is required by law (e.g., AML record-keeping obligations).
- Right to Restriction of Processing: You may request that we restrict the processing of your Personal Data in certain circumstances — for example, while the accuracy of the data is contested, or where you have objected to processing and we are assessing whether our legitimate interests override your rights.
- Right to Data Portability: Where processing is based on your consent or on contractual necessity, you may request that we provide your Personal Data to you in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format (e.g., CSV or JSON), or transmit it directly to another service provider where technically feasible.
- Right to Object: You may object at any time to the processing of your Personal Data for direct marketing purposes, or to processing based on legitimate interests, on grounds relating to your particular situation. We will assess and respond to objections within 30 days.
- Right to Withdraw Consent: Where processing is based solely on your consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.
To exercise any of the above rights, please contact our Data Protection Officer at [email protected] with the subject line "Data Rights Request — [Your Username]". We may request verification of your identity before processing your request to prevent unauthorised access to your data.
12
International Data Transfers
dax96 is an internationally licensed gaming platform. As a result, your Personal Data may be stored on or transferred to servers and systems located outside Indonesia in connection with our hosting infrastructure, payment processing network, KYC verification services, or game content delivery.
Where such transfers occur, dax96 takes appropriate steps to ensure that your Personal Data receives an equivalent level of protection in the destination jurisdiction as it does under this Privacy Policy. These steps may include:
- Binding contractual clauses between dax96 and the receiving Data Processor that impose data-protection obligations equivalent to those described in this policy.
- Transferring data only to jurisdictions that maintain an adequate level of personal data protection as recognised by international standards.
- Applying technical measures such as end-to-end encryption to protect data in transit regardless of the transfer destination.
13
Children's Privacy
The dax96 Platform is strictly intended for adults aged 21 years and older. We do not knowingly collect Personal Data from individuals under the age of 21. Registration by minors is explicitly prohibited under our Terms & Conditions.
If dax96 discovers that Personal Data has been collected from a person under 21 — whether through a fraudulent registration or an error in our age-verification process — we will immediately suspend the associated account, delete all Personal Data related to that individual (subject to any legal obligation to retain evidence of the breach), and refund any deposited real-money balance to the payment method used.
If you believe a minor has registered: Please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We treat the protection of minors from gambling-related harm as a non-negotiable priority and will act on any credible report without delay.
14
Third-Party Links & Integrations
The Platform may contain references to or integrations with third-party services — for example, live sports data feeds, game studio portals, or payment gateway redirect pages. dax96 does not control the privacy practices of these third parties and is not responsible for the content or data-handling practices of any external website or service.
We encourage you to review the privacy policy of any third-party service you access in connection with using the dax96 Platform. The fact that dax96 integrates with or references a third-party service does not constitute an endorsement of that party's privacy practices.
15
Amendments to This Privacy Policy
dax96 reserves the right to update or amend this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our data-processing practices, legal obligations, regulatory requirements, or Platform functionality. When material changes are made, we will:
- Update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
- Publish a notice on the Platform informing Members of the key changes.
- Where practicable and where the change significantly affects your rights, notify active Members via the contact information held on their account.
Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Privacy Policy constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must cease using the Platform and contact our support team to request account closure and data erasure (subject to applicable legal retention requirements).
